SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING
We only ship to countries in the European Union by BPost or DHL and currently apply the shipping conditions below:

Benelux countries
Under €250:  €5 | 1-3 business days
Above €250: FREE | 1-3 business days

Other countries of European Union
Under €250 €15 | 3-5 business days
Above €250 FREE | 3-5 business days

On receipt of your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours and your order will be shipped the next business day. After shipping you will receive an e-mail with the DHL tracking number of your shipment.

ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and attached seals, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@stijl.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return is always at the expense of the customer, whatever the reason for the return or exchange, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The most convenient way for an exchange is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected the returned items and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
